Shipping Policy

Production Times

Every Carbon Customs product is handcrafted and made to order. Because of our attention to detail and customization process, production typically takes approximately 2 weeks (10–14 business days) after your design proof is approved, before shipment. Complex designs may require additional time — we'll always communicate timelines up front. We appreciate your patience as we create a product built specifically for you, and if an order finishes early, we ship it early.

Shipping Rates

• License Plate Frames: FREE U.S. shipping on every order.
• Laser Engravings: $15 flat-rate U.S. shipping.
• International shipping is not currently available.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground, whichever offers the fastest transit for your address. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is generated. Typical transit time is 3–6 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the tracking-marked delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or reprint at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@carboncustoms.co. Once a package has shipped we can't reroute it.
