Custom Products Are Non-Refundable Once Approved
Because every order is handcrafted to your specifications, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on custom text, colors, or designs that have been approved at the proof stage. This is standard for all made-to-order automotive customization.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before you approve the digital design proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, cancellations are no longer available.
Defects & Our Mistakes — 100% Covered
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn't match the approved proof, we'll replace it or refund it in full. Email hello@carboncustoms.co with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
